Gastrolux warranties all products for 20 years from the date of purchase against any manufactures defects.  For the first 5 years, Gastrolux will replace any defective product at no cost to the customer, other than shipping.  This does not apply to Pyrex lids as they have no warranty. The remaining 15 years will be prorated at a cost of 1/20th per year for each year the product is owned.  For example;  You own a Gastrolux product for 8 years, the replacement cost would be 8/20th of the purchase price of the product.  Please visit our warranty information section for a detailed explanation on warranty returns.
