A. In Canada, with Canada Post it will arrive within 7-10
Business days. In the USA, with USPS, it will arrive
within 10-14 Business days.

Q. How long is the Warranty?
A. Gastrolux provides a 20 year Limited Warranty. The first 5
years are at no cost other than shipping, and the residual
15 years are pro-rated at 1/20th of the cost per year from
the date of purchase, plus shipping. Please visit our

Q. Can I purchase Gastrolux in stores?
A. Yes and No. It is available in limited stores in Quebec &
Ontario, Canada, however not available anywhere else
at this time. All products can be purchased online
through this web site, and we ship anywhere.
Q. How do I care for the Gastrolux Cookware?
A. Proper care and maintenance is required to maintain
